Groovy Halloween Party!Don’t miss the next party on December the First! Playing SafeThe safety and First Aid seminar was a great learning time. First, we had a lecture on First Aid, presented by John. This included the use of a visual aid to show how to keep airways clear. Next, Robert covered the safety aspect of BDSM, from the Dungeon Master’s viewpoint. Last, but not least, Gary talked about using safewords when necessary. These are all things that it is necessary for anyone involved in BDSM to be familiar with. Perhaps in the future, we could have a seminar devoted to just safety and another one devoted to first aid. We can use all the in-depth info we can get on these subjects. (I’m not ignoring the safewords...I figure they are an integral part of safety.) Don’t miss the next seminar: “Bondage.” Don’t know who is giving it, but do know I haven’t been asked to volunteer to be bound...Rats!!! Last Night…by Master Dennis The silent darkness
of my self-inflicted exile The only thing worse than the pain from your Master/Mistress’ punishing hand is the pain of having it withdrawn. Board Members
Thanks for the long hours and late nights to keep this show on the road! About Desert DominionWe are a local pansexual, panfetish organization and welcome everyone regardless of orientation, age (18 and above), race, creed, religion, kink, etc. We would like to invite those who are in the lifestyle, new to the scene or just curious about bdsm to come to our events, meet us, socialize with us and learn with us. We are not a dating service or sex club. We do not find partners for people. We exist to support, educate, and socialize with one another in a safe, sane, and consensual domain . Our members possess a variety of years of experience, of education in related lifestyle activities, and have widely diverse interests. We Have a Space!!!
Feedback Needed!Soon we will start mini seminars on subjects such as flogging, waxing. play piercing, etc, etc. Actual hands-on to learn how to do all these lovely things that we like to do. The board could use some feedback from you in the area of what you would like to see for educational events--both the two-hour seminars and the HOTs (hands-on training sessions). Also, any other activities that you would like to see sponsored such as discussion or support groups. Treasurer's Report

Dutch treat, this is a chance to introduce yourself to like-minded others and enjoy an evening of conversation and great food! Just a reminder: This is a social event, a group of equals meeting equals to discuss mutual topics of interest. The munch is not the right time to try out your new topping or bottoming skills, or to show off that great new outfit. That's better done in our party settings. The munch is geared to support, making friends, and getting to know others who may well be candidates for play at a later date.
