The following Rules are designed to support a safe and respectful space for all who attend any Desert Dominion event. The result of violating any of these guidelines may be a request to leave an event and the possible revocation of membership, without the refund of any fees you have paid.

Desert Dominion is a Members Only club.

Desert Dominion Rules

18 years of age or older only. ID required.

No pets permitted in the building. (Personal assistance animals are the exception)

Respect Others
• We require confidentiality and discretion. Respect the privacy of others, and agree to keep confidential the names and activities of others.
• Everyone has opinions and every member is welcome to voice opinions at any time in a non-threatening way.
• Some fetishes may not appeal to you. Don’t make other’s kink or fetish wrong.
• No play beyond the front row of couches.
• No bottom nudity in the food room.
• Do not touch people or their belongings without their
permission.
• Respect others’ play-space; do not disrupt or distract other scenes.
• No smoking in the building.
• Keep heavy scents such as cologne, perfume and oils
to a minimum.
• Videotaping and photography are allowed only with
supervision from the DM on duty or an attending
Council Member. Each person must consent to being photographed.

Don’t Break or Attract the Law
• Don’t break the law, or engage in activity that, while legal, may invite official investigation of the group.
• Illegal activities, including the solicitation or commission
of BDSM activities for a fee is not permitted.
• No play, nudity or excessive noise outside.
• No working firearms. Non-functioning replicas are
permitted only after approval by a DM or Council Member.
• No illegal substances, including alcohol, on club grounds.
• No admittance or play while obviously impaired.

Clean Up Your Mess
• After your scene, you are responsible for cleaning the
area in which you played. MadaCide is provided for this.
• No scat or water sports.
• Needles and other disposable sharps must be disposed
of in a sharps container.
• All fluids must be contained within your negotiated scene.
• Planned activities that may involve any liquids such as
high-risk fluids, wax, or other messy substances require
a drop cloth. If you are scantily clad, please use a towel
when sitting in the social area.

Take Care of Yourself
• It is your responsibility to remove yourself from
anything you find offensive.
• Keep your activities within your experience level.
• All activities must be consensual.
• No play to intentionally render anyone unconscious.
• No carotid artery play.
• Desert Dominion is committed to preventing sexually transmitted diseases. Though nothing eliminates risk or guarantees health, informed decisions/actions may
reduce risk. DD encourages personal responsibility, offers
safer sex education resources and provides free barriers.

• Members who play in DD space are encouraged to
use easily recognized safe words such as the following. Remember to notify the DM of your agreed upon
safe-signal when a gag or hood is used.

"Red," "Yellow," and "Green," which mean:

RED: Stop all activity at once.
YELLOW: Slow down; not as intense.
GREEN: Continue

NOTE: During play parties, scenes are restricted to the play floor and the first row of seating. The Dungeon Monitor watches the play area for safety concerns. The DM has the final word in all conflicts on the play floor.
