•New Format For Monday's HOT Members
Beginning March 22, 2010 - In addition to offering hands on training with things such as floggers, canes and negotiation the Monday's HOT Members group will have two focus activities in which you can learn, practice or experience. For March, the two focus activities will be "ROPE" and "HOW DO I FIND SOMEONE TO PLAY WITH?" Skilled veterans will be in attendance to help provide the education you seek. Watch the calendar for Aprils focus activities.
We invite you to come and participate. Your experience at DD is what YOU make it.

•General Membership Meeting and Elections

By majority vote, the membership approved the following proposal:

Out-going Council member, Penny, submitted the second agenda item. Council members do not enjoy any benefits for being a council member and are required to pay full-entry into all events, including those that they are working. As such, Penny proposes that the Council member opening/closing for an event be allowed free entry into that event. If there is one person opening and another closing, then they each get half off the price of the event, for a total of one free admission.

New member orientation and enrollment is NOT available at play parties or council meetings.

•New Rules on Breath Play

Last year, the council decided that "breath play"
would not be permitted at Desert Dominion.
On August 19, 2009 the Council voted and approved
the following definition of "breath play" -

• No play to intentionally render anyone unconscious.
• No carotid artery play.

If you have questions or are unsure if what you intend to do is considered "breath play", please discuss it with the Vice President or the DM on duty.
